Was it in April? There was a loverly lady who was a UX expert.
She had very clean and simple slides, specifically with some final 'where to get some UX testing done' with the outsourcing companies that give you good UX feedback on an application. If there is any way I can get my hands on the slides, or at least if anyone remembers the URLs she refered to for UX outsourcing that would be great.
