Hi Derek

Patrick and I discussed this same challenge of interactive learning
and that's why we started the hack nights that are more focussed on
collective learning and development.  It doesn't have the format of a
classroom, but rather a fun togetherness that sometimes involves pizza
and beer :)

In fact, we're having one tonight, you should come.
