I would love to help you guys to learn more rails. I have several years of experience with Rails (and still need to learn a lot) but I can help to teach you guys the basics and specially answer questions. No need pay, mostly the feel good of helping more people to learn rails. ( And pizza! ) I'm checking if I can get a room here at Qualcomm so we have a projector and more space, otherwise we could do at my house or any other place you guys prefer.
I'm available every week, mondays and/or tuesdays, after work. I think a good way to start is to hack some of the basics first and then we can pick a CMS or blog and code it. Cover the basics: Rails basics Database Associations Validations Authentication Attachments Tests Git? What else? []'s Rafael Cardoso The best days for me are monday and tuesday night.
