For food, we gonna go with pizza from a near pizzaria, like last time. For rails 3 and vm's, I've ran rails 3 with vagrant box from engineyard that is very good. I'm planning to use it on the windows machines at the class tomorrow.
Easy to use, easy to install: http://www.engineyard.com/blog/2010/virtualize-this-instant-rails-in-a-virtual-box/ And please remember that we changed location, we are going to meet at monk development.
