Had posted a position for a senior RoR dev a few months ago with great success...the same project has a need for a TDD-focused Ruby engineer, who'll be working on the following (and more):
* Continuous integration - currently using Jenkins on Engine Yard where the rest of our application is hosted * Unit testing - we are doing some units tests presently but there isn't a check on how comprehensive this is or an active/easy way to see what tests got run and pass/fail for each, the amount of coverage it's hitting. Ideally need reporting and active use of them to ensure this is benefitting us and getting people to write more tests * Performance/load testing * Web automation - browser driven visual and headless * Security testing - SQL injection tests, http vs. https, DDOS, throttling, IP blacklisting/whitelisting, getting ready for PCI compliance tests * Black box testing - just simple manual testing of features/functionality Its a telecommute position, so you don't have to be in the San Diego area.
