I presume you tried bootstrap or something similar? Otherwise, I would be 
inclined to have a partial calling helper that looked for some sort of naming 
convention. So if there is a _mobile_<whatever> partial and you're on mobile, 
it uses that, otherwise it uses <whatever>. Keep it simple!
