if
you need the buzzword rundown, but it's a little dry and the requirements
are wildly negotiable. It's a gorgeous day and you've got better things to
do.

The gist of both is that they are for people who love to program, want to
learn new things every week, and have the know-how to lead themselves and
others. One is for a lead in release engineering/QA automation (think
watir/cucumber/jenkins) and the other is for a systems developer/site
reliability engineer (think chef/vagrant).

Do you love open source and live on github? Good! A github account with
some activity is a requirement. You are encouraged to work on, contribute,
and release open source code here. We are active contributors and own or
help maintain some of the largest projects in our space.

Want to contribute to the local community? Great! We host sd
devops<http://www.sddevops.org/> and help
organize sandiego.js <http://sandiegojs.org/> and you're encouraged to
speak and contribute as much as you want!

Ruby's preferred in these two roles, but the desire to slather JavaScript
and node everywhere will be considered a plus.
