And, by voting, you mean this process, right?

1. Sign in via Facebook, Github, etc.
2. Go back to your proposal page.
3. Click on the Drag to Selection button
4. Go to the next screen.
5. Find your talk proposal.
6. Drag it into the "Your selections (drag here!)" box.
7. BOOM

Easy!
