Allow me to plug DNSimple. They are now $8/mo for up to 10 domains. The interface is really awesome, they have a nice API if you need to do automation, and the main person behind it is a big supporter and member of the Ruby community.
If you use them for DNS, you can also use their domain registry services (though you don’t have to). I use them for my personal stuff and my company uses them as well.
