Hi all, I've got a client that needs some help with operational support. Basically monitoring of uptime, occasionally restarting services on EC2 instances, troubleshooting downtime, being able to know how to properly size and grow a deployment to meet traffic needs, being available not just during business hours... all the stuff that comes with operations.
Do you guys know anyone who is independent that does this and enjoys it or a company with reasonable rates and good skills? I can do it myself, but it's not really my favorite thing to do nor my strong suit.
