If you're willing to look at Eclipse you might as well look at RadRails (open source) is based on Eclipse, written by two young guys that just got hired by IBM Research in Zurich.

Well, Eclipse is worth a shot. It's big and heavy and Java, but it has a similar (bigger and heavier) file browser and can support Ruby. There are a couple of tutorials out there for editing Ruby with Eclipse, which also suggest that there's a bit of a community of ruby devs using Eclipse growing.

I haven't used those other editors you mentioned. I've been using Eclipse for Java development at work for a few years now and it's pretty decent. I usually edit in both Eclipse and TextMate side by side here at work.
