The MasterView template system provides a syntactic/markup layer on top of
the standard rhtml templates of Rails that allows templates to be created as
complete, legal xhtml documents that can be worked on with standard editing
tools, validated, etc, yet also have complete access to rails helpers and
playing nicely in the Rails world with layouts, partials, etc.
