My ISP uses greylisting which kills most spam I receive.

The rest gets captured by SpamSieve, though a few of those GIF-y things still get through.

The list has been a tiny bit quiet lately and I want to get something

Spam filters (e.g., Gmail's, the client I use) often ignore
attachments. So what the spam I've been getting lately consists of is
legitimate text picked up from random sites around the Internet
concatenated together. Then all the spammy content is in the GIF,
using CAPTCHA-style image processing techniques to make it hard to
OCR. Gmail's spam filter sucks at filtering this stuff out. I'm
getting several a day in my inbox now.

Pisses me off enough that I'm writing my own filter because I don't
want to hack on Python/C/C++/Perl. End rant.
