I know a lot of you guys are a one-man-show, and handling customer tickets is an everyday thing. Like most people, we used to manage these in Basecamp, but it just wasn't cutting it. Anyways, for the smaller guys we've decided to offer free Ticketish accounts. You're allowed a single project and up to 3 users. A couple people have told me now Ticketish has worked nicely for their web dev consultancy, so I figured I'd spread the word.
If anyone needs a larger account, contact me and let me know you're from SDRuby. I'll add a free month to your account.
