Thanks for this Chris. I'm going to try it out despite the fact that the name makes me cringe and/or feel like i'm being tickled. It's either that or the web 2.0 fad of making "clever" domain names that 9 times out of 10 confuse and scare most customers because they can't understand why 1) it's not a real word, 2) the word consists of at least one (.) period, or 3) it doesn't work when i put a .com at the end like 99.999999% of all other websites.

That's my little diatribe i've been waiting to send out into the web ever since my first visit to scrip.taculo.us or is it script.aculo.us or wait, is it sc.ri.pt.ac.ul.o.us, ahh fuck it!

Hey guys,

We launched Ticketish the other day. The site is here: http://ticketi.sh/

I know a lot of you guys are a one-man-show, and handling customer tickets is an everyday thing. Like most people, we used to manage these in Basecamp, but it just wasn't cutting it. Anyways, for the smaller guys we've decided to offer free Ticketish accounts. You're allowed a single project and up to 3 users. A couple people have told me now Ticketish has worked nicely for their web dev consultancy, so I figured I'd spread the word.

If anyone needs a larger account, contact me and let me know you're from SDRuby. I'll add a free month to your account.
