Model example not working on glassfish

There is no way how to add or update person attributes running model example on
glassfish. Use case of creating new person is processed with no
errors/exceptions, but the new person is not added. Same problem is updating
addresses or any other attributes of already created persons. Everything
process fine, but the change is not applied.
