I have no idea how to fix this one :) without introducing some config.
In Seam Transaction we're using a servlet request listener to wrap the whole
request in a transaction. The problem (in a nutshell) with glassfish is it's a
different UserTransaction on both the requestInitialized and requestDestroyed
methods, even if no other transactions were started during the request.
