"Server sales shrink, IBM still top dog"
As the server market shrunk in the second quarter, IBM found its
market lead actually increased over Sun and the potential HP-Compaq
duo. In the Unix server market, IBM's market share increased 4.1% to
21.2%, while Sun lost 3.8% to drop to 35%.

"Games biz reacts to terrorist attacks"
The shockwaves of the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington
are so pervasive, even the gaming industry is reacting with respect.
Several companies have delayed or scrapped games that could be
considered offensive in the context of the attacks. Spider-Man 2 has
been recalled while developers edit out a building which looks
something like the World Trade Center. A game called Metal Gear Solid
2: Sons of Liberty may get a tweak -- it shows the pre-attack New
York skyline. And, many shopkeepers have taken Red Alert 2 off the
shelves. The game's box shows New York's skyline burning with the
World Trade Center shadowing the ruins.
