Our plan is to run in a LPAR together with CICS and some quite heavy batch jobs which can kick off at any time. I suspect that Oracle (running at a low priority as advised by Oracle) will grind to a halt if CICS and batch gets busy. We are experimenting with workload manager but until the **** hits the fan it's hard to know what will happen! Think you can help with ronnyup's problem? If so, please share your thoughts and suggestions.
