| Tip of the Week: |
| Jim Keohane was taken aback by some email complaints that there were just C code examples, not assembler examples, in the recent tip "Bits twiddled while-u-wait!" To assuage some of his fellow assemblerholics, here are portions of the original C code examples along with the S/370 assembler equivalents. There's even a play-back of the various bit values in mid twiddle. Any more complaints and there'll be a karaoke sing-along to "follow the bouncing bits." |
