Donovan joined WRQ in 1996 as a technical support engineer. He progressed quickly to become the technical support lead for WRQ's web-based terminal emulation product, Reflection for the Web. In his current role as Senior Product Manager, Donovan is responsible for setting overall product direction for Reflection for the Web and deciding which features to include in the next release.
