About our speaker

Donovan Deakin is the Senior Product Manager in WRQ's Reflection
business unit. Donovan joined WRQ in 1996 as a technical support
engineer. He progressed quickly to become the technical support lead
for WRQ's web-based terminal emulation product, Reflection for the
Web.

In his current role as Senior Product Manager, Donovan is responsible
for setting overall product direction for Reflection for the Web and
deciding which features to include in the next release. With his
background in technical support, Donovan enjoys visiting WRQ
customers and technology partners to find new solutions to the
problems customers face.
