JOIN DEVELOPER FORUM | Java FTP client program hanging on z/OS

"FTPClient" is trying to use FTP functionality from a Java client.
If he doesn't put a time out for the ServerSocket, the program does
not seem to send out a response. Can anyone out there tell him why
this problem is happening only with Websphere on z/OS and if
there's a solution?

MISSING LINK | Cell phone rings are getting wilder -- literally

Nothing is more annoying than those cutesy cell phone rings. But
soon, mobile movers and shakers will be able to download even
"cooler" rings, such as a lion roaring or a parrot squawking. The
British Library has sold 40 tracks from its collection of 100,000
wildlife recordings to vendors iTouch and Mobiletones, which sell
cell phone ring tones. What's next? A fingernails on the blackboard
ring? A hacking phlegmy cough ring?
