Thanks to hackers, some Burger King customers in Troy, Mich., are having their self-esteem flame grilled. When one customer placed his order at the drive-through, the response was, "You don't need a couple of Whoppers. You are too fat. Pull ahead." Yes, some geeks have hacked their way into the wireless frequency of the BK. This is more than just a denial of service; it's a denial of civility. The perps have told customers that
the restaurant has no food and, in some cases, they've served up supersizes of obscenities. BK is trying to change the frequency while Troy police hunt their fast food fugitives. (ClickonDetroit.com)
