The problem is that the FTP transfer truncates the data when it transfers it. I am aware of the LOCSI command to set the LRECL and BLKSIZE parameters but as it's a zipped file, it is not FB and transferring it as VB makes no difference. Is there an equivalent to the ARCHIVE_RECFM=FB that apparently exists on the mainframe? To see the answer, click here.
