ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Carly Fiorina, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Hewlett-Packard Company

Since joining HP in July 1999, Carly has returned HP to its roots of innovation and inventiveness. This inventiveness mirrors her unconventional route to becoming CEO of a leading technology company which includes earning a bachelor's degree in medieval history and philosophy from Stanford University, as well as a master's degree in business administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland at College Park, and a Master of Science degree from MIT's Sloan School. Prior to joining HP, Fiorina spent nearly 20 years at AT&T and Lucent Technologies.


Ann Livermore, Executive Vice President, Technology Solutions Group, Hewlett-Packard Company

Ann leads an organization that encompasses all enterprise storage and systems, software, and services. Since joining HP in 1982, she has held a variety of management positions in marketing/sales, research & development, and business management before being elected a corporate vice president in 1995. Ann holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree in business administration from Stanford University. Livermore also serves on the board of directors of United Parcel Service, and the board of advisors at the Stanford Business School.


Rich Marcello, Senior Vice President and General Manager, HP Business-Critical Servers Product Line, Hewlett-Packard Company

Rich has worldwide responsibility for the strategy, development, delivery, and marketing of the Itanium(R)-based HP Integrity servers, HP 9000 systems and AlphaServer systems as well as their related operating environments -- HP-UX, Tru64 UNIX(R) OpenVMS, Windows, and Linux. Rich holds a Master of Science in computer sciences from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts; and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
