A startup LAN provider is using the city's sewer system to create its new fibre access network. Hey, why let a good sewer go entirely to, um, waste? The company's CEO says the septic solution is perfect because most of the work is already done. All the company has to do is screw duct cable to the sewer pipes, most of which run right up to the edge of buildings in London's business districts.
