ISERIES HTTP SERVER OPEN TO DNS ATTACK | News: iSeries Network 

A bug in the Apache HTTP Server can leave the iSeries' Apache-
powered Web server open to certain denial-of-service attacks. The 
bug afflicts Apache Versions 1.3 and 2.0 through 2.0.36. The 
latest version of the iSeries' HTTP server is based on Apache

IBM debuts its Power4 processor this week. The new server p630 
cuts costs by reducing the number of processors required to build 
a machine and will come with one, two or four processors.

LOTUS TAPS IBM VET TO HEAD PARTNER PROGRAMS | News: CRN
IBM has tapped a 20-year veteran of IBM to head up Lotus' partner 
program. Frances West, who most recently was with IBM Global 
Services (IGS), told CRN that part of the job is to make sure that 
business partners at large understand how to engage Lotus.
