Nominees must demonstrate excellence in building iSeries environments that support very large databases, transaction loads or data transmission rates. Applications that demonstrate creative approaches to overcoming iSeries scalability limitations are preferred. Specifics on database size, transaction volume, transmission rates, etc. are required. E-business This award recognizes developers and end-user companies who have taken Web development for the iSeries to the next level using Java, WebSphere Development Tools, RPG and other tools. Nominees will have created original, innovative Web applications that take the company to the next step in Web access. Nominees must describe the applications in detail as well as the business benefit they deliver.
