Alleged traffic violators in Yakima, Wash., now have the option of making their cases to the judge via e-mail. That means if you get busted in Yakima going 75 in a 35 -- but you have a perfectly logical explanation for it -- the cop could very well proclaim "E-it to the judge!" while he writes that big, fat ticket.
