The Big Apple has ordered big software company Microsoft to remove a bevy of butterfly stickers from phone booths, telephone poles and subway posts. Those slick "city stickers" from Redmond went to New York for a wingding to promote the launch of MSN 8. New York officials, who are probably going to switch to AOL, aren't too thrilled with the insect infestation, calling it an "illegal, irresponsible and dangerous defacing of public property." The city may stick it to Microsoft with a $50 fine.
