Nicola Valeriani got one of those grants -- and a letter from the country's innovations minister, congratulating Nicola on "coming of age" and qualifying for a new PC. But Nicola won't be getting online. Can you see where this is going? The late Nicola Valeriani died in 1974. Thanks to -- what else -- a computer glitch, the government thought he had just turned 16. In reality, if he were alive, Nicola would have been 116. His daughter gave the money back.
