Now, because CERT has become an established and trusted source in the industry, IBM has revised its policy and is publicly addressing the affect that CERT security vulnerabilities have on OS/400. >> CLICK here for story: http://www.the400group.com/aiw/free/08-0403.html MORE INFORMATION: Check out these Search400.com Best Web Links on education: http://search400.techtarget.com/bestWebLinks/0,289521,sid3_tax2ad,00.html =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- OTHER STORIES In addition to the headlines below, others are available on our news page. >> Full Stories: http://search400.techtarget.com/news/0,289141,sid3,00.html SCO-IBM BATTLE FUELS COUNTERCLAIMS |NewsFactor.com As the SCO-IBM legal battle continues, the confrontation is causing ever deeper divisions within the tech industry, and the embattled companies continue to make claims and counterclaims. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- ADDITIONAL NEWS HEADLINES All headlines above and below are available on our news page >> Full Stories: http://search400.techtarget.com/news/0,289141,sid3,00.html -- ITAA URGES L-1 VISA REFORM (eWEEK) =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- WORKING WITH BINARY LOOKUP | Forum advice: Search400.com "Fschneider" writes, "I have never coded a table/array lookup that uses a binary check, so I don't understand what is happening. I am looking for a document that explains what is happening conceptually. I did find a reference to a procedure that is in RPG IV ILE environment, however some of the clients I work with are not at V5R1 to use this option. Is there a better way to increase this lookup from 16 to 64? The current program is already coded for 16 and without truly understanding, I don't want to copy and increase the table." Yahoo has a question for you: Do you yahoo? This isn't like in the commercials, when the company asks whether people use its services; Yahoo wants to know if you can fire up the falsetto and yodel "yahoo" like you mean it. The company is holding yodeling auditions in eight U.S. cities. The winner will appear in a Yahoo commercial and take home $10,000, which would be cause for a more spontaneous rendition of "yahoo." Only amateurs may compete -- if you're, like, the Yoda of yodeling and own a pair of lederhosen to boot, forget it. Wylie Gustafson, the original Yahoo yodeler, will host the events, and hopefully he'll be nicer than that Simon guy from "American Idol."
