Scientists studying the relationship between video games and video gamers have declared that people who spend too much time behind the joystick should not be called addicts. Experts instead liken them to fanatics. But some gamers, in what may amount to a cry for help, told these scientists that they are totally hooked on their hobby and that their social skills are hurting as a result.
