The Missing Link
KerryEdwards.com -- more pacifiers, less politics
[Associated Press]
Have you checked out www.kerryedwards.com yet? You may see a baby boy there, but neither John Kerry nor John Edwards will be kissing him. Kerryedwards.com belongs to Kerry Edwards of Indianapolis. He set up the site two years ago as a way to show off his fresh offspring (also named Kerry Edwards). Now the site is worth more than a sack full of gold-plated diapers. The Kerry/Edwards presidential campaign asked him to donate the domain, but Edwards refused, saying that he's had offers in the $30,000 range. A Republican in Texas even offered to outbid the highest bidder for the site -- and not because he's a big fan of the baby.
