TRAINING DESCRIPTION
Manajemen Payroll merupakan bagian dari sistem Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) yang mengelola berbagai komponen penggajian karyawan dalam satu kesatuan perhitungan. Bagian ini merupakan bagian yang sangat dominan dari keseluruhan sistem MSDM. Penguasaan dasar tentang Payroll mutlak diperlukan agar personil yang menangani Penggajian dapat melakukan penyesuaian dengan cepat, mengingat penggajian memiliki ruang lingkup kerja yang besar.
Transaksi yang termasuk dalam Payroll antara lain Gaji Pokok, Jadwal Kerja, Surat Perintah Lembur, Ijin kehadiran, Potongan-potongan, Uang makan, Uang Transport, Daftar Gaji Non Staff, Daftar Gaji Staff, Koreksi penggajian dan lain-lain. Payrol juga memiliki berbagai perhitungan otomatis yang dikendalikan oleh aktivitas-aktivitas lain yang bersifat otomatis dalam sistem yang disesuaikan dengan sistem di perusahaan.Aktivitas-aktivitas otomatis tersebut meliputi perhitungan lembur, PPH Pasal 21, Tunjangan Kehadiran Karyawan, Uang Transport dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu apabila penanganan Payroll tidak benar akan sangat merugikan, baik bagi kepentingan karyawan maupun perusahaan sendiri.
TUJUAN & MANFAAT PELATIHAN 
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan selama 1 (Satu) hari ini diharapkan para peserta akan memperoleh pengetahuan tentang :

Mengerti dan memahami konsep penggajian dan kesejahteraan bagi karyawan.
