Master of Orion is available on Windows and Mac, though the thread I linked only has a ready-to-run WINdows version.There's a manual included with the zip file. It's for the original graphical version of MOO, but the concepts are the same. The command-line version is a straight port of the original, small odd behaviors and all.There's also a command reference file in the zip, which might prove helpful to keep open until you learn the syntax. What platform would you prefer?There are a few options on Windows but none on mobile that I'm aware of.Check out Aurora 4X, or Master of Orion. Both these are sci-fi games, and Aurora 4X in particular is complex as hell, but both are definitely worth the investment in time.
