He does research for hire. He will always sign his name as Joao Ventura. The computer software engineer lives in Germany and is Joao C. Ventura. He made the tombo.pt website to crawl the CCA. He will always sign his name as Joao C. Ventura. Joao C. Ventura, computers, in Germany, does not do research for hire and is NOT the same guy as Joao Ventura on Terceira.
