I have not check in details but I do not think that there is a good reason for having a keyspace re-used across tests considering that we deleted its content after every test. Dropping and recreating {{KEYSPACE}} between test is probaly a simpler option and we allow us to get ride of all the cleaning code and of the logic surrounding {{KEYSPACE_PER_TEST}}.
