Re: [CGUYS] adobeupdater.exe
The solution, involving running Check for Updates manually and then clicking Preferences "when it comes back" doesn't work because as soon as I start Adobe Reader, adobeupdater.exe starts and goes into a processing loop. (Trying to Check for Updates at that time, has no affect.) If I check Preferences directly, without running Check for Updates manually, I can't find an option for enabling or disabling Check for Updates. Thanks for the feedback, never the less. Adobe updater on my Mac launches itself only if I invoke it. It grabs any update info, and that seems to be about it. No issues with me. Used it last night to grab an update to Photoshop for camera raw purposes.
