[Dx4win] SGC-500 "Power Cube"
Hi folks, Quick question -- anybody have experience with this solid state amp -- SGC-500 "Power Cube"? Need to know if, and how, one can adjust the PTT drop time after transmission ends. Please respond off-reflector to k...@cox.net. Thanks and good luck to all in the contest... 73, Karl, K1KO PVRC Tidewater VA __ Dx4win mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Dx4win@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
Re: [Dx4win] Old PJ prefixes and new PJ countries
I at first thought that there was a problem with these entities and former Neth. Antilles, etc. Then I realized that I was looking at the award boxes for WPX and WAZ. Clearly, the "deleted" status for DXCC has nothing to do with these awards, so it's clear that you might well have both "C" band/mode contacts and "W" or "L" band/mode contact in these boxes. On the other hand, when I checked the actual prefixes for the new countries after loading the newest country file, all was well: all of the contacts shown in those DXCC boxes were "L", with no indication of any submissions, confirmations, or logged. Hope that helps. 73, Karl, K1KO Va. It seems that way. What *entity* do the various PJs come up as? The old ones are: PJ2/D - Netherlands Antilles PJ7/D - St. Maarten, Saba, St. Eustatius The new ones are: PJ2 - Curacao PJ4 - Bonaire (used to count for PJ2/D) PJ5/PJ6 - St. Eustatius & Saba (used to count for PJ7/D) PJ7 - St. Maarten If you do a current DXCC listing (not including deleted), you should only see only the four new PJ2-PJ7 entities. If you include deleted, you'll *also* see the PJ2/D and PJ7D entities. There should be NO overlap, the old ones stopped being current on 10/11/10, the new ones became current on that date. Did you over-write your existing country file or merge? If merge, did you do it as specified on the Country Files web page? When you try to enter the call VERSION, what date shows up in the QSL manager field? -- Jim Reisert AD1C, , http://www.ad1c.us __ Dx4win mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Dx4win@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
[Dx4win] Reports concerning PJ's
I thought when I installed the latest CTY file dated 10/15/2010 that my reports would show the PJ's worked as "W" and not "C"??? Did read something wrong that indicated all PJ's worked before 10/1/2010 in my log would not be looked at? Did I do something wrong? Thanks.
