Re: [e-users] Setting up eap files for engage
On Mon, 26 Dec 2005 08:09:27 -0800, the sky darkened, lightning flashed and the voice of Ian Truelsen spake thus: I've tried that. For instance, I am using Sylpheed-claws at the moment and there is an icon in the top left that looks like an envelope. There is also the same icon in engage that I use to launch sylpheed. However, the running sylpheed is shown with the question mark. When I hover over the question mark it shows that it is sylpheed, but it is not using the icon. On the other hand, the firefox instance that I have running shows a little notch under the icon for it, even though the title of the program now displays as Deer Park and not firefox which the icon is set up to match. So, I have no idea what is going on, or how to set it right. I'm also using sylpheed-claws, but mine doesn't so up under a question mark icon. I think what you are missing from your eap file is a Window Class entry. Using e_util_eapp_edit try entering Sylpheed as the Window Class. ktabic -- Call me ktabic --- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc. Do you grep through log files for problems? Stop! I'm getting the same error messages (Slackware 10.1, doodle 0.6.2, libextractor 0.4.2, for info) However, you can get evidence to build if you take out doodle (currently I'm autogen.sh'ing with: --disable-doodle --disable-plugin-extractor ktabic -- Call me ktabic -- Call me ktabic --- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users. No errors returned. Did anyone manage to start eterm with escreen theme? What versions of Eterm and Escreen theme do you use? Had the same problem just the other day. In my case, the problem was that the .screen directory in my home needed to be chmoded to 700. -- Call me ktabic -- Call me ktabic --- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users. [e-users] problems compiling ewl
Hi, I'm having problems compiling efl. It has all been checked out of cvs tonight, and everything compiles fine up until I get to ewl. Then I get the following error: Making all in themes make[3]: Entering directory `/home/software/window-managers/enlightenment/e17/libs/ewl/data/themes' (cd ../../data/themes ; edje_cc -v -id ../../data/themes/default/bits/images default.edc ../../data/themes/default.eet) edje_cc: Opening /tmp/edje_cc.edc-tmp-sITglc for input edje_cc: Parsing input file edje_cc: Error. parse error default/bits/entry-groups.edc:31. Frankly I have no idea what is wrong, and am hoping someone knows the cause of this. For information, I'm running Slackware 10, with gcc 3.3.4 Thanks in advanced ktabic --- This SF.net email is sponsored by: IT Product Guide on ITManagersJournal Use IT products in your business?
