Ok well I take that back! Ugh, now my tools are back but I cant use them. They
are in the tool box but they are not active.


Can you clarify whether you are referring to the tool icons themselves 
or the tool options?

Ok well I take that back! Ugh, now my tools are back but I cant use them. They
are in the tool box but they are not active. Holy Crap this is terrable
I need this working like Yesterday. Any more Ideas?

[Gimp-user] ToolBox tools gone, HELP!

Hello, new here!
Ive used Gimp for 4 years now and this is the first time this has happened
to me. I have lost my tool box tool options. Where did they go?
I went into the Windows/Drop box D/ toolbox but still cant get it to drop my
brush options back in the tool box. I have reinstalled Gimp 2.8 twice now and
they are still gone.
   I am so upset becuase I use Gimp a lot more than CS5,
I use my art programs with Wacom

I am not a pro at all and for some reason this is beyone me. HELP, Help ,
HeLp!!

Adding an alpha channel causes the areas exposed by the rotation to have a
graduated transparency. Problem solved.

Note, if this is for any sort of privacy purposes, that most such
"scrambling" methods can to some extent be undone. A warped face can be
unwarped, blurs can be unblurred, etc. If the purpose is to hide
someone's face or similar, fill a circle with some colour instead. Or if
you want to keep similar colours as the rest of the image, use
Resynthesizer to grab colours from the surrounding area.
