hello, even i wanted the additional language pack so when i contacted the support team, one of their representative gave me one link to download but after installing the same, i was facing the same problem as described. pressing f7 i was getting the message that spelling check is complete ok button despite typing the wrong words in my additional language i.e. Hindi. so once again i established the connection with the support team and this time, one of their technical expert remotely handled my pc and finally installed the required files. though even she took an hours time to work on my PC but its now working fine. Norma, I create a new folder independently with the shift-control-e shortcut before setting a message rule. I believe a new folder can be created while setting a message rule, but I find that dialog difficult enough. If the virtual keyboard is anything like what the banks in Brazil use, you only need to keep javascript up to date and the letters will read as text for you to select.
