Same konqueror version as in bug #384650, but Leap 42.3. No need to restart the system at all, a simple restart of konqueror "fixes" the problem. Filter configuration and advanced tab as well as configure toolbars. And I tried it multiple times. The buttons are shown in Configure Toolbars -> kmmainwin but not on the toolbar itself. The items added to this toolbar were named "Filter Classify as Spam" and "Filter Classify as NOT spam". Old: Ctrl-click on a link opens the link a new tab and loads the new page in that tab w/o switching to it. New: Ctrl+click opens it in a new tab but switches to it right away. Open new tabs in background is selected in the configuration.
