Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Material Skin
Main changes: - Add 'composers' choice to classical and jazz, and 'conductors' choice to classical, when browsing via genre. - Remove long-press/middle-click for sleep menu from play/pause button in mobile toolbar when now-playing page shown. The long-press seems to get confused and cause a play/pase to happen when the 'i' button is clicked. - When current track's cover changes, update it's 'key' so that vue is forced to refresh. - Show Material version in Information dialog sub-title. cpd73's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=66686 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109624 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] squeezelite shows up in lms settings but not in players
Good oh! :) When you have it working as you want, remember to use the SD Card Copier function to make a clone of the install. It will reduce the size of the image down to the size of the card you clone to, say from 16gb down on to a 8gb card. Info is in this link https://www.raspberrypi.org/blog/another-update-raspbian/ you can then copy the image onto your computer for storage. There is also a way to further reduce the size of the image, using a program called piShrink, which will run on the 'pi. What I sometimes do, is to first use SD Copier to copy the backup onto a usb stick and then use piShrink to reduce it further, then store the image. ronnie Man in a van's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=43627 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=110523 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Radio Paradise Lossless Streaming (Plugin v2)
This prompted me to try RP again, after 3 tracks, rebuffering and stuttering, mellow mix flac. Worked fine here (pCP 4.1/Pi2B) for about an hour. Then I paused. Picked up playback an hour later, and it started stuttering after a few minutes. Restarted squeezelite - didn't help. Enabled debug logging to squeezelite (which triggers a restart) - and I haven't had a hiccup since... I doubt there's any link between the logging and the stuttering. But it's rather random when it happens. -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.8.x - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
This track skips to the next song consistantly with squeezelite at 1:10 into it. spotify://track:0nFKHCf1Ibij8m370l2KlZ No problem on my pCP 4.10 (Pi0, JustBoom DAC/Amp). Michael. Do the custom ssltest squeezelite builds play the Good Times Roll track to completion? Yes, it does (now on ssltest4, on a Pi2B). The ssltest builds continue to skip to the next track at 1m10s for me. That's really odd. I've tried running lms from the command line to see if the spotty binary or plugin was failing but nothing helpful. Just starts playing the next track. What would be the best additional lms logging to enable to try and get a better idea of what's happening? player.source - try INFO level first, as DEBUG can be really noisy. If that doesn't help, try DEBUG. Plus plugin.spotty=INFO anyway. -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
