It then seems like TB! is frozen; just hit Esc for every account that tries to connect. -- Dierk Haasis http://www.Write4U.de http://Interest.Write4U.de/pongo PGP keys available: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=SendMyPGPkeys The Bat 1.60k on Windows 95 4.0 1212 C When you lose, don't lose the lesson. Does anyone know how to get rid of this BlackIce message permanently - I got the message the first time, and I don't want admin rights on my day to day login on my PCs. Why not give yourself admin rights temporarily, fix the problem and then revert back to the permission level you want? Maybe you could even configure BlackIce to let non-admins change the settings? I have never used BlackIce so I don't know if thats possible. -- Regards, Marcus Ohlström Using The Bat! v1.60i on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 2 PGP Public Key at http://www.canit.se/~marcus/pgp.txt Current Ver: 1.60m FAQ: http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug Reports: https://bt.ritlabs.com

Focus on starting TB
Hello tbudl, I have been having occasional problems with TB when I first start it. The main program window will not take focus, so although the Window is there, I cannot do anything with it. Strangely, I can right click and bring up the context menu, but again can get no further. The Message Ticker works, and double-clicking brings up the folder view, but I cannot select messages - buttons will pop out when the mouse travels over them, but cannot be clicked. I have checked for the obvious things - there are no out of view TB windows that have taken the focus (none that I can find anyway) and Alt-Tab does not bring up any windows that I could not see. When this happens, the only solution seems to be to close down TB and start it again. Any ideas? -- Best regards, Julian mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Using The Bat! v1.60m on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Current Ver: 1.60m FAQ: http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug Reports: https://bt.ritlabs.com
