Perhaps my favourite bug takes on him:

With more than one account being checked at start-up, if you <Esc> the
prompt to enter your connection password for the first account, you
won't see the second (or third) password prompt (for the other
accounts. It then seems like TB! is frozen; just hit <Esc> for every
account that tries to connect.
