Hi kiaikim, /hybrid-portsrc.tar just means "the path to wherever you've saved hybrid-portsrc.tar". A common place you might have saved it from Firefox would be your ~/Downloads directory. [Bug 1024620] [NEW] Crash on Change User in Locked Screen
Public bug reported: GDM has crashed on me twice using the same system. The first time, my sister had changed the user while my screen had locked itself to utilize the guest account due to her not knowing my password. It crashed once I logged out of the guest account and I couldn't get startx to work at all upon reboot. The entire system would only boot into a terminal after that. I could not fix the system via recovery options either so no packages were damaged. And so, I reinstalled Ubuntu completely. The second time, I was simply using the lock screen to change users again. [Bug 1024313] Re: More than one client with nfs home directories will cause freeze
Same issue here: NFS server running Debian Squeeze amd64 and clients running Ubuntu 12.04 i386 (everything is up-to-date). One 12.04 client can log in just fine; more than one freezes ALL clients which are currently up and causes high (5.0 up from normal 0.5-0.8) load on the NFS server which keeps increasing until the problematic clients are shut down (and just like in the above case, console rarely works, power button or Alt+Printscreen+REISUO is required to switch them off). I am also running OpenLDAP and DHCP there. We inspected tcpdump logs with Wireshark and found NFS complaining about "utk 10011" error, which I have found no information about whatsoever. >From hours of researching this issue, I'm confident that the problem is in the nfs-common on the client side, since the issue happens no matter whas OS the server is running (10.04, Debian or 12.04 are the ones I've seen mentioned so far). [Bug 1024606] [NEW] gnome-contacts stopped showing contacts from Google accounts
Public bug reported: In precise, one could add a Google account in gnome-online-accounts, and its contacts would show up in gnome-contacts. This is broken in quantal. Click “+”, select Account Type “Google”, follow the prompts to log into a Google account. 4a. In precise, the gnome-contacts window immediately switches to prompt you to choose between “Local Address Book” and “Google”. Click “Google” and “Select”, and after a little while, all your Google contacts show up. 4b. In quantal, nothing happens. The prompt from step 2 has not changed, and there is no way to select “Google”. I've rebuilt a new package in the same PPA (now version 1.4.0-1ubuntu1.2) that actually includes the originally intended patch.
