I presume your comment that the product ‘designed and built in
China which has regulatory approvals’ means that you have broad safety and EMC
certifications rather than specific certs (e.g. China only).

China has released their first catalog of equipment for RoHS. Previously
the China RoHS 2 regulations in China put just about everything in scope
with some exemptions for categories like space, power, military equipment,
etc. which was very similar to EU RoHS.
