Haven't looked into this for a few years. I will see if I have my notes,
but I thought it was a schema or a DTD, but using style sheet. Not really
sure at the moment.

Rumor has it you can use a schema with those versions of FM. Should be
able to pull in the arbortext file (if they are using flat files)

If you haven't resolved this and it is similar to the sample attached we
use the pagination tab and set it to keep with previous. The anchored
frame is set to Below Current line.
